Border Break Custom PS4
Joystick ready to come out.
Last Wednesday, peripheral manufacturer HORI started taking orders for a Border Break custom PS4 joystick with a minimal requirement of 3,000 orders by May 2 to begin production. Today, the company announced that it has reached the 3,000 orders needed and will begin production.
Japanese peripheral manufacturer Hori announced the intention to produce a special mecha controller for PS4, to be used with the upcoming robot battle game Border Break by Sega.
The controller is a rather snazzy joystick to be used with your left hand, designed to work with a mouse used with your right hand, reproducing the traditional control scheme of Border Break’s arcade game. The PS4 version, in fact, support a mouse plugged into the console natively.
The Border Break custom ,as you can see in this photo,is set to cost 18,334 Yen ($168.67 USD) and will ship sometime in 2018(be sure to look for news about it ,right here in our Blog).
You can pre-order the stick on the official HORI store , the pre-orders cease on May 2nd at 10:00am JST.
If you pre-oder the custom Hori stick, you will also get a original mech paint color with the Hori logo for Border Break.
Note this is only(so far) for the Japanese market, which we find it will be released outside japan in due time.
